Resignation of Director and Key Managerial Personnel
A director or KMP may resign from his office by giving a notice in writing to the company and the Board shall on receipt of such notice take note of the same and the company shall intimate the Registrar of Companiesby filing form DIR-12 within 30 days from the effective date of resignation and shall also place the fact of such resignation in the report of directors laid in the immediately following general meeting by the company.
Documents required for resignation of Director and KMP:
- Resignation letter from Director or KMP
- Board shall take note of the resignation letter received
- Any other document as may be required.
